The College of Law’s Homer A. Jones Jr. Wills Clinic has been providing estate-planning services to East Tennesseans of modest means since 2009.
Under the supervision of adjunct professor and experienced estate planner Barbara Johnson, students prepare wills, powers of attorney, living wills, and other estate planning documents free of charge for clients who meet certain financial and other guidelines.
