The College of Architecture and Design will host an open house on Friday, October 11.

The event, from 2:00 to 6:30 p.m., will give prospective undergraduate and graduate students the opportunity to learn about the college’s programs in interior design, landscape architecture, and architecture. Each program is accredited and is the highest ranked program of its kind in Tennessee.

Participants are encouraged to register online by October 9.

The open house will offer potential students from high schools and universities from across the country opportunities to meet current students and faculty, and learn about the integrative hands-on experiences unique to the college’s programs.

Open house activities will be held in the award-winning UT Art and Architecture Building and will include presentations by faculty and discussions with student leaders and program chairs. Participants also have the opportunity to attend a lecture at 5:30 p.m. with internationally recognized architect Iñaqui Carnicero, who will be visiting from Madrid, Spain, as part of the college’s lecture series.
