KNOXVILLE — The University of Tennessee, Knoxville, is looking for all alumni who served in the U.S. Armed Forces.

This year’s Homecoming activities include “Celebrating Our Heroes: Past and Present,” a special reception and dinner for veterans on Friday, Nov. 2, at Calhoun’s on the River.

The reception begins at 6:30 p.m., and dinner is at 7 p.m. The evening’s keynote speaker will be Lt. Gen. R.A. Tiebout, a retired U.S. Marine living in Townsend. The Brad Walker Orchestra will provide entertainment.

Dinner is $30 per person, and reservations are due Oct. 26.

Alumni who cannot attend but would like to be included for future events also should contact Moore.

The Homecoming game against Louisiana-Lafayette is Nov. 3.
