KNOXVILLE — The audit committee of the University of Tennessee Board of Trustees is scheduled to meet September 27 in Nashville.
The meeting is set for 2 p.m. CDT at the offices of Boult Cummings Conners and Berry, PLC, 1600 Division St., Suite 700.
The committee will review its policies and statutes relating to the audit committee. It also will review the audited financial statements of the University of Tennessee Foundation, the University of Chattanooga Foundation and the University of Tennessee Research Foundation.
The committee also will review risk assessments of the university’s financial and information technology operations, and will review the university’s process for monitoring compliance with laws and regulations.
