Alexander Cartwright Visiting Campus Today and Tomorrow

Alexander Cartwright, executive vice chancellor and provost of the State University of New York system, is interviewing on campus today and tomorrow, November 10 and 11, as part of the search for the next UT Knoxville chancellor. Cartwright will lead a public forum for faculty and staff from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. today in the Toyota Auditorium of the Howard H. Baker Jr. Center for Public Policy. Read more...

Science Forum: Paul Osborne to Discuss Humane Wildlife Services Tomorrow

Paul Osborne will present “The Birthday Snake—When Humans and Wildlife Collide” at the Science Forum on Friday. Osborne is the owner and operator of All Creatures Wildlife Services. He graduated from UT in 1986 with degrees in zoology and music. He received his master's degree in environmental health and safety in 1991, also from UT. Osborne has been working with wildlife for more than 30 years in Knoxville and the surrounding area. Read more...
