David Miller Recommended as Next UT Chief Financial Officer

University of Tennessee System President Joe DiPietro has selected David Miller to serve as the next chief financial officer of the UT System and will recommend his election by the Board of Trustees during its meeting this week. Pending board approval, David will take office Jan. 1. Read more...

Open Enrollment Period Ends Tomorrow

Open enrollment for benefits ends tomorrow, October 14. During the open enrollment period, UT faculty and staff have the opportunity to sign up or make changes to their health, dental, vision, basic and term life, long-term care, and optional special accident insurance. UT Society of Women Engineers Chapter Hosting Next Generation of Researchers

UT Welcomes Fans, SEC Nation to Alabama Game Saturday
UT welcomes fans to campus Saturday for the football game against the top-ranked University of Alabama. Kickoff is set for 3:30 p.m. EDT for the Volunteers' game against the Crimson Tide. McClung Museum Hosts Free Archaeology and Fossil Day October 16
UT’s McClung Museum of Natural History and Culture will host “Can You Dig It?” from 1:30 to 5 p.m., Sunday, October 16, at the museum. The event is free and open to the public and will feature activities that explore archaeology and fossils. It is being held in celebration of International Archaeology Day and National Fossil Day.
