Alldredge Named Associate Provost for Enrollment Management
Admissions Director Kari Alldredge has been named associate provost for enrollment management. She has been doing the job in an interim capacity for the past year. "Kari has spent the past year looking at our enrollment services and implemented some innovative changes to guide us into the future," Provost Susan Martin said. "She is a valued part of our team, and I'm pleased to make this appointment permanent." Read more...

National Book Award Winner Nikky Finney at Writers in the Library April 4
Poet Nikky Finney will give a poetry reading for Writers in the Library at 7:00 p.m. Monday, April 4, in the Hodges Library auditorium. The reading is free and open to the public. The author also will participate in a Q&A discussion with UT faculty, staff, and students about her work at 3:00 p.m. Monday, April 4, in the Frieson Black Cultural Center. Read more...

UT to Co-Sponsor Marco Madness Medieval Faire April 2

High school students are invited to travel back in time to explore the history and culture of the Middle Ages during the Marco Madness Medieval Faire from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m Saturday, April 2.
