Claxton Rain Garden Completed

The Claxton Rain Garden, a 3,500-square-foot space filled with more than 2,000 plants behind the College of Education, Health, and Human Sciences, captures and filters polluted stormwater while enhancing the campus landscape. The rain garden was one of several campus projects planned and executed last year through the Green Infrastructure Project. Read more...

College of Law Offers Free Income Tax Preparation Assistance

As part of the IRS Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program, College of Law students will offer free tax preparation help to members of the community. The service is geared to people who generally make $53,000 or less, persons with disabilities, the elderly, and limited-English-speaking taxpayers who need assistance in preparing their own tax returns.
