For Angela Kirkpatrick, a freshman at UT Knoxville on a pre-med track, the $2,500 Regal Scholarship made it possible for her to further her education and pursue her dreams of becoming a pediatric doctor. The Regal Scholars program, in its third year, provides $2,500 annual scholarships for up to forty Knox County students at UT—ten freshmen, ten sophomores, ten juniors, and ten seniors.
