UT Ready for the World Café Celebrates Fall and Football

Fall dishes will be on the menu and football spirit will be in the air the week of Oct. 12 at the Ready for the World Café at UT Knoxville. In addition to a fall-inspired sampling of dishes, diners will be invited to put their names into a drawing for a football signed by coach Lane Kiffin and staff. Because of fall break, the café will be open from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Monday through Wednesday this week in the Hermitage Room on the third floor of the University Center.

UT’s Ready for the World Café Opens with ‘Aloha to Summer’ Island Theme

The Ready for the World Cafe opens its 10-week fall semester run the week of Sept. 14 with a menu dedicated to island cuisine around the world. The cafe will be open from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. each Monday through Thursday in the Hermitage Room on the third floor of the University Center. Students enrolled in Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism (HRT) 445, the advanced food production and service management class, plan and operate the cafe. ARAMARK, UT’s provider of dining services, prepares the food.
