News Sentinel: Connection with mentors brought benefactor, businessman Min Kao back to UT

The university dedicated the Min H. Kao Electrical Engineering and Computer Science Building on Wednesday, March 14. The Knoxville News Sentinel published a Q&A with Kao, discussing his $37.5 million namesake; his mentor, the late James Hung; his memories at UT; and more. Kao, a UT alumnus and CEO and chairman of Garmin,Ltd, donated $12.5 million to the building project.
