WUOT‘s Victor Agreda recently interviewed Richard Pacelle, department head and professor in the Department of Political Science, regarding changes within the United States Supreme Court and how they could affect Tennessee.
The Supreme Court now has a full nine members, and some upcoming cases could have an impact on Tennessee laws and future legislation, either directly or indirectly. Pacelle spoke with Agreda about how we could see changes in state law.
