Spring break is right around the corner! Whether you are taking a trip, heading home for the break, or spending some relaxing time here in Knoxville, you deserve a break! If you plan to stay on or around campus during spring break, below are a few options for things to do during the week.

Enjoy the Outdoors

Check Out Local Events

Take a Day Trip
Want to explore a new city or town but don’t want to spend a lot of money? Take a day trip with friends. There are many areas near Knoxville for you to travel to for a day. Go on a hike in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, sightsee in Chattanooga, or explore Knoxville’s next-door neighbor Maryville.
Relax All Week
We understand if you want to take it easy and relax during your week off. Grab a new book at Hodges Library or catch up on your favorite show. If you live on campus, you can watch free on demand movies from your laptop on movies.utk.edu. There are more than 100 movies for your viewing pleasure.
