Policy experts from UT’s Howard H. Baker Jr. Center for Public Policy will discuss potential policies of a Trump administration based on his published policy stances at 3 p.m. Wednesday, November 30, in the center’s Toyota Auditorium.
The discussion, “We Look Ahead: Potential Policies of the Trump Administration,” is free and open to the public.
The following five experts will share their outlooks:
- Matt Murray, Baker Center director and economist, will discuss the impact of a Trump administration on the economy.
- Krista Wiegand, Baker Faculty Fellow and political scientist, will discuss the impact of a Trump administration on global security.
- Charles Sims, Baker Faculty Fellow and economist, will discuss the impact of a Trump administration on energy and the environment.
- David Greene, Baker Fellow and former Oak Ridge National Laboratory Corporate Fellow, will discuss the impact of a Trump administration on transportation.
- Richard Pacelle, head of UT’s Department of Political Science, will discuss the impact of a Trump administration on the Supreme Court.
Following the presentation, there will be time for question and answers with the audience.
