Stock Up on Local Foods
Stock up on fresh produce and local foods for your residence hall room or apartment. The UT Farmers Market runs from 4 to 7 p.m. every Wednesday until October 19 at the UT Gardens on the agricultural campus.
Get Involved
Want to find a new hobby or meet new people on campus? Browse through more than 400+ student organizations on VOLink. Want to learn more about getting involved on campus? Stop by the Student Engagement Fair from 7 to 9 p.m. Friday, August 19, on the Pedestrian Walkway. Students will be sharing details about their groups and how you can get involved this year.
Stick around for Vol Night Long, featuring the Aloha Islanders, starting at 9 p.m. at the Humanities Ampitheatre. There will be free food, music, and performances.
Find Arts and Culture Around Campus
Take a right at the Torchbearer and a few steps through Circle Park will lead you to Monty, an Edmontosaurus annectens and UT’s oldest Vol outside of McClung Museum. Step inside and browse a number of exhibits from world-renowned museums. Hours and additional information can be found here.
Housed in the Art and Architecture building, the Ewing Gallery’s current exhibition, Encore, features the work of eleven graduates of the School of Art. Visit the gallery’s website for hours.
