Respondus LockDown Browser is a tool in Blackboard and Canvas that locks down the testing environment to prevent students from browsing to other sites during an exam. In addition, when students use the LDB they are unable to print, copy, go to another URL, or access any other applications on their personal computer. Respondus Monitor is a tool that will allow for proctored, or supervised, online exams. Monitor can help ensure exam integrity for students taking tests online outside of a testing center.
