Show your Volunteer spirit and honor those who are living with Alzheimer’s disease during the Forget Me Not 5K at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, August 28.
Benefiting the Pat Summitt Foundation’s work to advance Alzheimer’s disease research, this 5K loops around campus beginning at the Pat Summitt Plaza on Phillip Fulmer Drive with a pre-race party. The run ends at Thompson-Boling Arena on the Summitt with a post-race celebration including food, drinks, door prizes, goody bags, music, and awards.
Registration is $35 before August 21, and $40 after. Walk-up registration will be available on race day at the Plaza at 1:00 p.m.
Be Well, the campus employee health and wellness initiative, is coordinating a team for the event. When you register, join the team “University of Tennessee.” Team Be Well will meet up at the starting line of the race.
