Admissions Director Kari Alldredge has been named associate provost for enrollment management. She has been doing the job in an interim capacity for the past year.
Provost and Senior Vice Chancellor Susan D. Martin announced the appointment.
“Kari has spent the past year looking at our enrollment services and implemented some innovative changes to guide us into the future,” Martin said. “She is a valued part of our team, and I’m pleased to make this appointment permanent.”
Alldredge began serving as admissions director in June 2013 and became interim associate provost for enrollment management on June 1, 2015, after her predecessor, Richard Bayer, retired.
Before coming to UT, Alldredge was senior associate director of undergraduate admissions at Oklahoma State University.
Alldredge has a bachelor’s degree in public communication from the University of Idaho and a master’s degree in strategic communication and leadership from Seton Hall University.
