Several local media outlets featured stories about a unique UT project that aims to empower residents and help city planners.

A Knoxville News Sentinel story noted that the researchers are helping to shed new light on climate change. WBIR-TV Channel 10 also highlighted the project in this story. Earlier this week, the Knoxville Mercury took note of the project with this feature piece.

The project is the brainchild of Kelsey Ellis, assistant professor of geographyJon Hathaway, assistant professor of civil and environmental engineering, and Lisa Reyes Mason, assistant professor of social work.
