A meeting to discuss updates to the 2011 UT Campus Master Plan will be held at 3:00 p.m. Thursday, January 28, in the International House Great Room. All students, faculty, and staff are invited to attend.

The meeting gives the campus community an opportunity to ask Facilities Services Associate Vice Chancellor Dave Irvin questions about updates to the master plan.

Updates were made in cooperation with Bullock Smith & Partners, the firm that assisted in the creation of the 2011 version of the plan.

Some notable updates include expanding the campus boundary along Concord Street, a renewed focus on renovation projects, greater attention to outdoor spaces and corridors, and an analysis of existing building conditions with the goal of better using space.

The developers of the document also incorporated The Hill Master Plan, the Housing Master Plan, and a current study being conducted by TRECS and UT Pools.

The Campus Master Plan is revised every five years. More information, including revisions and a link to the feedback form can be found on the Campus Master Plan website.
