Burnette and Cristian Negrescu, international project leader at Mondelez, developed a white paper outlining the best practices of platforming. Their research details how simplification, standardization, scale and speed come together to make platforming a transferrable supply chain strategy that works as well for Oreos as it does for aircraft.
