The Applied Physiology Laboratory is conducting a study to help determine the effects of television viewing during exercise, and is looking for participants.
To qualify for the study, you must be:
• Between thirty and sixty-five years.
• Able to walk one mile.
• Not currently exercising on three or more days a week.
If you meet the study criteria, you will be eligible to participate in an exercise study that will measure your heart rate, fitness, and feelings towards exercise.
The study will require four visits to the Applied Physiology Lab for approximately ninety minutes per session.
