The Off-Campus and Commuter Services Office launched a new housing website, Off-Campus Housing Service. The site is designed to simplify the housing search for students, parents, faculty and staff, and area property owners and managers.

This new service will allow the office to serve more than 28,000 prospective renters and buyers who were previously difficult to assist, including undergraduates, graduate and professional students, and faculty and staff that can access the site using their UT Net ID and password to review local listings.

The website includes properties for rent and sale, as well as a roommate finder function, message boards, and a resources section.

The searchable database for commuter students, parents, faculty and staff to find housing in Knoxville includes descriptions of properties and their amenities; photographs and floor plans; maps showing proximity to campus; and links to the property owner or manager’s website, application or lease.

The service is free for students, parents, and new faculty and staff. Property managers and owners will pay to post listings.

Off Campus Partners works with ninety-four other colleges and universities to provide off-campus housing listings to students and campus communities.

Faculty and staff and can learn more about this service in two information sessions at 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday, November 16, in the Scripps Convergence Lab on the fourth floor of the Communications Building. Please RSVP online.

Two informational sessions will be held for students at 12:30 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 17, on the ground floor of Hodges Library.
