Joe CarcelloJoseph Carcello, the Ernst and Young and Business Alumni Professor and department head of accounting and information management in the Haslam College of Business, and executive director of the Corporate Governance Center spoke out against proposed rules that would limit disclosure on investments.

Carcello serves on the Securities and Exchange Commission’s Investor Advisory Committee, where MarketWatch said he strongly opposed the change.
