There have been questions about what plans can be accessed when you use your VolCard and what can be used as currency at on and off-campus locations. Here is a list of plans and locations where your account can be used:
Dining Dollars and Flex Plan: Can be used at university-operated dining facilities, on-campus convenience stores, and Thompson-Boling Arena and Neyland Stadium concession stands.
VolCard Debit, formerly AllStar: Can be used at university-operated dining facilities, on-campus convenience stores, and Thompson-Boling Arena and Neyland Stadium concession stands. Can also be used in campus vending machines, VolShop, VolTech, VolPrint, library copiers, and participating off-campus merchants.
