Warehousing Services has updated its online forms to allow for electronic delivery which will speed up the surplus process and make it more reliable.
On the right sidebar of the Warehousing Services site, there are links to S-1 surplus property form, S-2 computer surplus form and S-3 surplus decontamination form. The links go to the forms where they can then can be downloaded and saved.
Complete and save the forms electronically, then email them to utwarehousing@utk.edu. A confirmation email will be generated.
