Although Phillip Fulmer Way from Cumberland Avenue to Middle Drive remains closed to vehicles, pedestrians now have access to the closed section of the road.
A reinforced covered area has been placed under the new pedestrian bridge that crosses over Phillip Fulmer Way and will connect the new Student Union to the Hill.
This covered path will remain in place until the pedestrian bridge is completed in August.
