The College of Business Administration is offering a new manufacturing leadership program to develop effective and successful site leaders in Bradley County.
The university is collaborating with Cleveland Associated Industries to offer the program. It is designed to help plant managers, manufacturing managers, directors of operations, directors of manufacturing, and other managers being considered for site leadership positions.
The eight-month program began in January at the Cleveland/Bradley Chamber of Commerce with ten participants.
