Students in the UT Management Society and faculty and staff in the Department of Management are supporting Mobile Meals in a big way this holiday season.
The student organization raised $3,000 and the department contributed another $600, all of which will fund 1,058 meals for seniors in the community.
The Management Society was founded in 2010 and is sponsored by the management department. It has fifty-two members and runs several projects each year to raise money for Mobile Meals, its philanthropic charity.
