End of the Semester Means Time to Evaluate Your Instructors

facultyAs the end of the semester approaches, it’s time for you to evaluate your instructors. Your opinion makes a difference and is important to your instructors and fellow students. Your feedback helps improve the overall experience for students now enrolled and for those in the future.

The surveys are completely confidential; the scoring and additional comments are not linked to the student who sent it.

Faculty read the evaluations and often make changes based on what students say. These changes range from adjusting the course’s required materials to reconsidering the way a group project is assigned.

Department heads also review the information and provide it to many of our colleges’ national accrediting agencies to help ensure the quality of teaching in various programs.

The university moved to an online system two years ago, saving an estimated 1.25 tons of paper each year.

The fall semester evaluations are now available through midnight December 4.
