zack_condryZack Condry, political consultant and UT alumnus, will return to his alma mater on Monday to talk about the increasing role of party committees and political action committees in American elections.

Free and open to the public, “Confessions of a Political Consultant: Party Committees, PACS and the Negative Ads We All Secretly Love” will begin at 3:00 p.m. on Monday, November 11, in the Toyota Auditorium of the Howard H. Baker Jr. Center for Public Policy. The lecture is sponsored by UT’s Department of Political Science.

Condry graduated from UT with a bachelor’s degree in political science. He currently works as a political consultant specializing in communications and political operations for the Washington, DC–based Prosper Group. He has consulted on a wide variety of state, local, and national campaigns.

Prior to joining the Prosper Group, Zack worked directly with political campaigns and candidates on message development, executing strategy, and managing operations in nine different states.

His career successes, among other things, helped Condry rank eighth on The Hill‘s 2013 list of “DC’s Most Beautiful.”
