American Politics and Policy Blog: Schools that employ more minority teachers have lower minority teenage pregnancy rates

Newly published research by Danielle Atkins, assistant professor in the UT Department of Political Science, shows schools that have a greater representation of minority teachers also have reduced teen pregnancy rates. The study, published in Journal of Public Administration Research and Theory, was featured in the London School of Economics and Political Science’s American Politics and Policy blog.
