The campus community gathered Friday to celebrate the official opening of the One Stop Express Student Services center in Hodges Library. While the center began serving students and families this summer, the staff has gotten a lot busier in recent weeks.

One Stop counselors worked with 1,715 people last week. Even more students checked in and were able to use the self-serve kiosks in the library. One Stop counselors also help people through the phone bank and via e-mail.

The service aims to make students’ lives easier by streamlining the most common enrollment, registration, financial aid, and payment services from one location. Contact One Stop at 865-974-1111 or onestop@utk.edu. Learn more at onestop.utk.edu.
