Do you know of a student or faculty or staff member who goes the extra mile to help promote environmental leadership and sustainability on campus? If so, nominate that individual for a 2013 Environmental Leadership Award. Nominations may be submitted online or via email to the Office of Sustainability. All nominations are due no later than 5:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 20.
Awards will be presented on UT’s Earth Day, which will be held Friday, April 19.
The Environmental Leadership Awards are part of UT’s upcoming Earth Month celebrations, which will be hosted by the Office of Sustainability throughout the month of April. Various UT student organizations also will host events throughout the month. Visit the Make Orange Green website for more information about upcoming events and UT’s sustainability efforts.
