Last week the Memphis Commercial Appeal spoke with three Greater Memphis students receiving more than just a diploma from UT. Aeron Glover and Jayanni Webster of Memphis and Drew Shapiro of Germantown each received the Torchbearer award, the campus’s highest honor for academic achievement and commitment to others through activities and contributions to the university and the community.
