New traffic signals have been installed at the intersection of Volunteer Boulevard and Peyton Manning Pass. The signals will help control the flow of campus traffic following the permanent closing of Andy Holt Avenue near the University Center.
Motorists accessing Staff Lot 9 across the street from Neyland Stadium should enter the lot from Peyton Manning Pass.
The lights became active on March 29.
