Both the north and southbound lanes of West Volunteer Boulevard, as well as Lake Avenue, are now open.
Reports indicate that many roads in Knoxville are still flooded, and drivers are urged to use caution as they head home today. If you come to an area that is covered with water, turn around and find an alternate route.
