Join the Make Orange Green POWER Challenge! The challenge is an annual competition between residence halls during the month of February to see who can conserve the most water and energy, recycle the most and which resident assistants (RAs) can provide the best educational environmental programming to their residents.
After three weeks of the competition, Morrill Hall is winning with Massey Hall coming in a close second. To see complete list of rankings, click here.
Make Orange Green has partnered with AC Entertainment on the challenge and to provide weekly prizes to the RA who presents the best programming to his/her residents. The winning RA will receive two free tickets to three different concerts at The Valarium. The first winning RA was Heather Thomasson from Hess Hall, who saw Ben Folds. The other two concerts are Michael Franti & Spearhead and P-Groove & Lotus.
There is also a Make Orange Green Challenge Facebook page, which is constantly updated on the progress of the competition. The challenge lasts through Saturday, Feb. 28.
