Looking for something more than the typical date for Valentine’s Day? Take your sweetheart to Voices of Music by the UT Symphony Orchestra. The program starts at 8 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 14, in the James R. Cox Auditorium of the Alumni Memorial Building.

The program will feature many different works that display singing and speaking in five different languages. The program will include selections from Don Giovanni, featuring UT Opera Theater students; other operatic arias featuring School of Music Faculty artists Emily Douglass, soprano, and Cecily Nall, soprano; Copland’s Lincoln Portrait featuring Hallerin Hilton Hill, narrator; and music from Star Wars: Episode I–The Phantom Menace featuring the 150 voices of the Men’s and Women’s Chorales.

Admission is free, and free parking is available near the Alumni Memorial Building. For more info call 974-3241.
