Our thoughts today are with the students, staff and faculty of University of Central Arkansas where two students were killed and another person was wounded Sunday in a shooting outside of a dorm. Such senseless tragedies serve as a stark reminder of the fragility of life. Our deepest condolences to the entire University of Central Arkansas community.
