The International House is hosting Colombia Culture Night, 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 15, in the I-House Great Room. Take an in-depth look at the culture, the colors and the controversy of Colombia. The event will highlight the region’s cultural diversity, its exotic ecosystems and the political and social conflicts involving narcotrafficking, a decades-long insurgency and Colombia’s rocky relations with Venezuela.
Colombian food will also be available, and the event will end with an exhibition of music and dance. Tickets are $5 at the door.
