KNOXVILLE — The trusteeship committee of the University of Tennessee Board of Trustees will meet in Nashville Thursday, May 8.
The meeting is scheduled for noon CST in the offices of Boult, Cummings, Conners & Berry, 1600 Division St., Suite 700.
The agenda includes proposed amendments to the bylaws, proposed revision of the UTC Athletics Board constitution, review of the protocol used during the committee’s meetings, and review of new trustee mentoring.
The Board of Trustees voted to rename the Governance Committee to the Trusteeship Committee at their annual meeting held in June.
