KNOXVILLE — The audit committee of the University of Tennessee Board of Trustees is scheduled to meet April 17 in Knoxville.
The meeting is set for 1 p.m. EDT in the eighth-floor boardroom of Andy Holt Tower.
The committee will review audited financial statements for the university, the athletics department and the UT Research Foundation.
Other agenda items include:
-Review of the university’s internal audit activities for 2007;
-Discussion of proposed University bylaw amendments for the internal audit section.
