Reynolds, the Beauchamp Brogan Distinguished Professor of Law, teaches Internet law, constitutional law and national security law. He is the author of numerous articles and books and is a frequent guest on TV news talk shows. He is also the creator of InstaPundit.com, which "Wired Magazine" has called the most popular blog on the planet.
