UT Security Awareness Winners Announced

KNOXVILLE — The University of Tennessee Office of Information Technology will end its security awareness campaign by awarding prizes.

The two-week campaign gave faculty, staff and students the opportunity to learn about the top 10 computer security issues facing the university community and how to protect information assets.

In a drawing at the end of the campaign, eleven winners were selected from participants in the online Security Awareness Test.

Brice Bible, UT interim chief information officer, will award prizes at 8:30 a.m. on March 11 in the John C. Hodges Library OIT public computer lab.

Winners and prizes are: Devin Stephens, freshman, computer science, iPod; Tracy Clevenger, graduate student, College of Law, iPod; Cathy Greenberg, business manager, Child Mental Health Services Research Center, College of Social Work, DVD player.

Hunter Myatt, freshman, undeclared-engineering, Canon i560 Desktop Photo Printer; Nathaniel Wright, veterinary medicine, Small Animal Clinic, iPod Shuffle; Dianna Beeler, accounting specialist, Department of Nutrition, iPod Shuffle.
