KNOXVILLE — Fifteen students have been named top graduates at the University of Tennessee for fall semester.
Three of the top graduates are from the Knoxville area. They are: Airel Ruth Canright, a computer science major in the College of Arts and Sciences; Regina Marie Curran, a family studies major in the College of Human Ecology; and Cynthia Marie Masters, from Powell, a marketing major in the College of Business Administration.
Top graduates have the highest undergraduate grade point averages in their colleges. The minimum GPA requirement to be a top graduate is a 3.5 on a 4.0 scale.
All the top graduates will be recognized at commencement ceremonies December 16 in Thompson-Boling Arena. Maps of the parking areas adjacent to the arena are available here.

— College of Communications: Jennifer Hope Boyce, advertising, Johnson City.
— College of Education: Sarah Ford Goodfellow, human services, Winston-Salem.
— College of Engineering: Jeffrey Ted Taylor, mechanical
engineering, Kingsport.
