Jamison Sevits, Oak Ridge High School senior, has been named a Tennessee Scholar at the University of Tennessee-Knoxville.
He is the son of Kendell and Kathy Sevits and is a member of the Oak Ridge High National Honor Society and the All State Band. He plans to study music at UT-Knoxville.
The Tennessee Scholar award is one of the highest academic scholarships given by the university.
