The University of Tennessee board of trustees will meet Feb. 26 at the UT Space Institute in Tullahoma, the board secretary said Tuesday.
The meeting is set for 9 a.m.(CST), in 111-H of the institute’s main building, Beauchamp Brogan, UT general counsel and board secretary, said.
On the agenda for consideration are capital outlay (building, renovation and major maintenance) projects and a reorganization of the College of Education at UT-Knoxville.
Revisions to the current university budget, a briefing on Year 2000 compliance of UT computing systems, and a discussion of next year’s Tennessee Higher Education Commission budget recommendations also are on the agenda.
Three board committees will meet on Thursday, Feb. 25: health affairs at noon; academic at 1:30 p.m.; and finance at 3 p.m.
