CROSSVILLE, Tenn. — The University of Tennessee-Knoxville will offer a workshop for social workers here Sept. 16.
The session, ”Successful Sales Techniques in Case Management: Encouraging Client Participation in Service Delivery,” is set for 9 a.m.-noon at the Ramada Inn. Drs. Tricia McClam and Marianne Woodside will lead the workshop.
The cost is $40 if registration is completed by Aug. 28. After that date, the cost rises to $50.
