COLUMBIA, Tenn. — Dr. Joseph E. Johnson, president of the University of Tennessee, will speak at the June 8 meeting of the Maury County chapter of the UT National Alumni Association.
A 6 p.m. reception will be followed by a fish fry dinner at 6:30 p.m. in the meeting room of the Tennessee Farm Bureau, 147 Bear Creek Pike.

Johnson was named president of the university in June 1991. He has been a UT administrator since 1963.
